January 1, Supreme Court Poised to Uphold Mississippi’s Abortion Law
The Supreme Court appeared to uphold a Mississippi law that would ban virtually all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, marking a dramatic turn from the previous 50 years of rulings.
A majority of the court’s justices indicated they were prepared to uphold the measure and discard the court’s previous standard that prevented states from implementing abortion bans before a fetus becomes viable — usually about 24 weeks into a pregnancy.
Several justices cautioned that the court would appear to be a political entity if it overturned a precedent that’s been in place for decades.
“It is particularly important to show that what we do in overturning a case is grounded in principle and not social pressure,” Justice Stephen Breyer said.
The conservative members of the bench suggested they were prepared to overturn Roe v. Wade because it was wrongly decided.
“Can’t a decision be overruled because it was wrong when it was decided?” Justice Samuel Alito asked.

If it has a heartbeat, has body parts, has established human life then at that point abortion is murder period. If you can afford to take the time to go to a clinic to murder an unborn child then you can afford to go to the store and get birth control period. Hell these same politicians love big pharma have states legislators pass a law for free birth control rather than FREE NEEDLES, food stamps, safe zones to do heroin. They want to control the worlds population anyway so here is an invisible way to go about it.
Or for a more realistic view legalize all types of abortion but make killing a human life at any point in development a crime of murder and watch their heads spin trying to legalize murder as a point to where they have to determine when a human life is a life and when its determined to be worthless. The same scumbag politicians pushing for unlimited abortion time are the same ones that wanted double murder charges for the murder of pregnant women. I would like to see the Shame stream media ask this question of our s-elected political dictators. How is murdering a pregnant woman a double murder when you want legal abortion up to and after birth not murder.
I have 1 exception and that is rape, true rape not the fake claims to get abortion and if they claim rape then they must have reported the rape with hours of the occurrence, have DNA evidence, names description or other to prevent false claims. have a minimum 5 years prison for filling false report. This is a hard decision. I don’t believe any woman should be forced to bring a child into the world if she was raped or molested but I believe more in the fact that if a baby has a heart beat, it is a living human being and is entitled to life. Especially with the pill that will abort any chance of pregnancy if they are raped or made a bad decision in having sex. The morning after pill is readily available. However, if you want to have sex with multiple partners, have unprotected sex, that is on you. If you are old enough to have sex, be mature enough to ensure you don’t get pregnant. Again, if there was an accident in which you weren’t protected, there is the option of the after morning pill. I know it is a hard decision for most women to get an abortion and sometimes happen that we have no control over. But if you have had more than one abortion, it is most probable, you don’t take precautions and that is on you. Knowing these babies are sold to drug companies just makes me sick to my stomach. There is no birth control except not having sex that is guaranteed to work so please, just think before you act, at least make sure you at least try to use protection. If there is a heartbeat, there is life. I have been there, but I chose life and have once regretted having my son.

Should ban abortion “period” unless mothers life is in danger and then if far enough along save the baby. I also believe that all doctors that run abortion clinics should be tried for premeditated murder and if (WHEN) convicted there be only one sentence Death by hanging!!

What is so difficult about KEEPING YOUR LEGS TOGETHER ???????? Its cheaper than an abortion and it certainly one way of avoiding ending up in Hell. Sex was meant for RE-CREATION not REC-REATION.

Over 65 million babies this year so far! This year alone! It is not just the female body that is affected. It is a human life in your womb! The baby or babies have a right to live! The Lord sews His soul into the baby the second it is conceived. Did you know that?
Wake up people, it is not garbage inside you , that you think you need to get rid of! It is an actual human, no matter how small it is.
Don’t want to become pregnant? Well then, take precautions or stop having sex until you are grown up enough and responsible for a life!

Life enters into a tiny piece of flesh that grows when sperm meets egg and LO AND BEHOLD a heart beat begins !!!!!! God doesn’t miss one solitary life, not one, not from the time it begins a heart beat or even after it’s heart stops beating . God wanted people to fill his world with joy over the riches and bounty he provided…………….and what have the people done………………..kicked him out of their lives and pretended he’s a myth because they don’t want to follow his ways and they think they know better. He is patient and he is tolerant —- but there is a point where he is NO LONGER tolerant and patient. HE SET UP THOSE PARAMETERS IN TEN DIFFERENT COMMANDMENTS. They are the LAW. Beyond them is only eternity in Hell.
Women say they must have control over their own bodies. Well, what about the little living body inside their wombs??? Does he/she have a right? He/She is not the woman —-He/She is a separate living human being. Selfishness seems to be the cry of women these days.

If women had not taken advantage of Roe vs Wade and used it as their personal birth control method
then there would not have been as much notice. There is no reason for getting an abortion after a
heartbeat is detected unless there is a danger of life. Laziness is not an excuse for getting an abortion.
If you are not capable of using other birth control methods other than abortion, then perhaps you should
get sterilized so you will not have to worry at all.

I heard someone speaking about other bad things that the Supreme Court had realized needed to be overturned. Slavery type issues especially, but some others that once caused evil to reign in America. When it comes to Abortion, that has to be the most evil decision over the past near 50 years in our nation. Perhaps the Supreme Court was assuming that the still fairly morally decent people/citizens of that day would only use Roe v Wade only in extreme cases and had no idea what a Pandora’s Box they had actually opened. To the tune of about “62 Million” tiny, innocent, precious human lives murdered by cold hearted people who didn’t value anyone’s lives other than their own. As well as their comforts and not wanting to care for anyone’s lives but their own. Using Murder as a form of Birth Control or for parents to use to save face and demand it of their own children who chose sex out of wedlock, etc., etc.. In light of what we now know & the countless lives this mistakes has destroyed, (nor regretful mothers who suffer from guilt, depression, shame, alcoholism, drugs and the like) we simply must use Godly Wisdom & Knowledge to overturn this horrible decision. Even the Lies & Greed of the Abortion “Industry” who are being literally “Enriched” by selling tiny babies & their tiny organs for top dollar in their evil back alley type shopping market is so horrible to even imagine. So Please, Please, Please be used of God to save the precious babies who are the only true victims in all of this. In Jesus name I Pray & do actually Pray Daily, Amen. Give God the ability to truly Bless America again in ways that He so wants to be able to but is not able based on the horrible blood & blood stain on America. Just as in the Bible account of Queen Esther, I truly believe each on of you Supreme Court Justices now in your most valuable positions, where place for Just such a Time as This. To choose Life, and rescue the most valuable lives of all. The Innocent & the Victims whose tiny arms and leg’s are too tiny & weak to fight at all against the cutting, ripping & suctioning devices or don’t allow them to fully develop as God intended. For years I have been praying for every Supreme Court Justice and I now feel so much more Optimistic that we have the right people who can & will do What is Right! It should have never happened in the first place! Millions of innocent, helpless, babies murdered for selfish reasons! There are so many women that used Abortion as Birth Control, instead of using Lawful birth control methods! There are also many childless couples who would be more than happy to adopt a baby! PlannedParentHood even sold aborted babies body parts! God’s Wrath will be brought down upon OUR Country for killing His Gifts! There are politicians who have been REWARDED for years by PPH to keep this horrible procedure going!

If a woman can not decide in 15 weeks she should probably not be a Mother and shuld be sterilized so she does not do it again. Exception should be made for rape and if the rapist is caught chop off his thingy.

Allegedly, 500 female athletes sent a letter to the supreme court stating doing away with abortion will harm women athletics.
Apparently they think a baby, at conception, is nothing more than a piece of toilet paper they can dispose of so they do not have to deal with the human baby and go and play games.
The woman was intended to be the producer of life and not the vault of death.
How much more inhumane can society get to prefer a meaningless game game to a human life that could positively impact society as a whole and possibly the entire world. I guess getting your picture on a Cheerios box is the ultimate fulfillment to these types?
